Cosmopolitan Defined
Inspired by Toronto, Cosmopolitan literally means worldly + urbane. The world is your oyster and chances are that before you retire, you will have been a Corporate Crusader, Not-for-profit Ambassador and Noteworthy Entrepreneur. Today no matter what you day job is, you have to act like an entrepreneur to succeed. The common denominator is always YOU and how you lead through change. Our training series is designed with that in mind. But it’s not all business – we like to play hard too – and have created opportunities for you to connect with other attendees at nightly socials and after-parties. It’s not just what you know but who you know in this global age.
Who Should Attend
If you are a current or aspiring leader and striving to create the life and career of your dreams then this conference is for you. The event is industry and occupation agnostic – the focus is on the soft skills you need to succeed in any leadership position. We welcome those working in advertising, marketing, not-for-profit, technology, finance/accounting, management (and the list goes on). You will benefit from the unique perspective each person brings to the table. While age is just a number, our organization is geared to those aged 18 to 40.
